His name is Josele and upon arrival at FBM we thought that his health was incompatible with life: completely dehydrated and without strength to stand up, he is also positive for Leishmania and seems to have kidney disfunction. Today we observed that with a better hydration his kidney function has improved and his is in a much better condition. We believe that with the leishmaniasis treatment, his condition will improve until he fully recovers.
