Another Friday of goodbyes, emotions and many tears … What can we tell you that you don’t already know! A game that fills us with joy but at the same time leaves us empty. A pinch in the stomach, a lump in the throat, tears in our eyes, and an indelible mark on our hearts …<\/div>\n
After more than 2 and a half years with us, Zaleo headed to Germany. And as if he knew what awaited him, he was calm, and gave us the best of his smiles as a farewell. So we will always remember you …<\/div>\n
And we also said goodbye to some of our most pampered children in the hospital, the sweet Ver\u00f3nica, the beautiful Bianca and Paulo the handsome man from our hospital. And also, to the little and loving Hilda, and her friend Princes, both completely recovered after arriving in terrible condition.<\/div>\n
We said goodbye to them very early yesterday, and this morning around the same time they were already putting their paws on German soil. Very soon we also received the first photos of them already in their new homes, and we cannot deny that once again a tear has escaped us.<\/div>\n
How happy we are to know that after all our effort, each of them will be even happier if they fit into their new lives. That they will have a comfortable and warm bed, that they will never be cold again, that they will take long walks with their families, and that they will be as loved or more as they have been with us …<\/div>\n
