Update Gaviota

Since last Thursday when we took Gaviota for the necessary tests, she has remained in an external hospital…

When she arrived at the hospital she had a worsening and the MRI had to be cancelled until her condition improved. During the weekend she has had several ups and downs and it was not until today that she was finally able to have an MRI.

Our neurologist does not see any obvious fracture of the skull or cervical vertebrae but she does suspect a possible haemorrhage, so we have sent the report to a radiologist for a second opinion.

We still don’t have a diagnosis, but we will do everything we can to get it, treat her, recover her, and give her the best life possible.
