And we close Sunday with sad news, the kind that reminds us that sometimes humans can commit acts of cruelty. This week, we welcomed a sweet-looking puppy at the Foundation. Upon examination, we discovered that her entire belly was burned. She was rescued from the street from the arms of a person who doesn’t even deserve that title… Although it was painful to see her condition, we are determined to give her all the care and love she needs to recover and find a loving home.
