Last week Javier Luna

Last week Javier Luna, co-founder of the Asociación Galgos del Sur came to present the proposal that PACMA – Partido Animalista has presented to María Jesús Montero, Minister of Finance, to include animal protection organisations in the 0.7% box of the income tax declaration.

As they point out, animal protection is a good of social interest that currently falls mainly on animal shelters and sanctuaries, which without any kind of subsidy and only with the help of private donations, work for the hundreds of thousands of animals that are abandoned and mistreated every year in our country.

With this proposal, by including this box in the income tax declaration, taxpayers’ money would go to these animal protection organisations so that they can work better, as they are always saturated and overwhelmed.

Let’s show that we want to help animals with our income tax declaration!
