We named her Freya, and she arrived a few days ago after being rescued from the streets with a broken leg. X-rays confirmed that she had a fractured ulna and radius, and we quickly contacted our orthopedic surgeon who gave us the green light to operate on her the same day she arrived.
Now Freya is recovering in our hospital not only from her paw, but also from the traumas that this life on the street has left her… It is still too early to know if with strict rest she will be able to recover, or if she might need rehabilitation therapy, which will considerably increase her treatment.
Would you like to support our sweet Freya?
