Balbino víctima de abandono y atropello

Balbino es otro perro que sufre un atropello en nuestras carreteras por la falta de responsabilidad del dueño al deshacerse de él, de abandonarlo. Balbino fue rescatado por unas amigas de FBM que vieron al perro malherido mientras paseaban por la zona. En el accidente su pata quedó gravemente afectada y debemos amputar para que no haya complicaciones en su recuperación. Mientras que no se endurezca la legislación contra la cría y abandono indiscriminada esta situación se repetirá perpetuamente.
