At first, he was only going to be passing through, as it seemed that another association was going to take care of him, but after a while, it wasn’t like that and finally, he became part of our family.
However, shortly after his arrival he began to show signs of apathy and some analytical control tests raised the alarm. He also needed a specific ultrasound scan to confirm the suspicion we had: he had a tumour in his prostate which had also spread to some organs, so our team got down to work and performed emergency surgery.
He is now stable and is slowly recovering.
Chicharron’s case is yet another emergency in our hospital, with more medical tests to be paid for and we are drowning in debt….
