XENA, ABANDONED IN THE GARBAGE
We named her Xena because despite her being a puppy only 4 months old, she is already a warrior. And in her young age she has already suffered the abandonment and cruelty of the human being. She was abandoned for being blind, and was abandoned in the worst possible place, in some garbage containers in a village in Seville. Thanks to the girl who found her and got in touch with one of our companions, Xena was spared going to the village kennel where, apparently, happy endings don’t happen … Now this sweet and precious little girl has a new opportunity with us. Our colleague Jose has been in charge of giving her a foster home while we carry out some tests to determine the degree of affection that she suffers in her eyes, and while we look for a family for her that will give back a little light to the her dark life.
